Advocate Shivendu Gaur  is a founding partner at Paraa Legal, specializing in Intellectual Property Laws, International Laws,  Criminal laws and white-collar crimes. He is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, has over 10 (ten) years of experience in the legal field  

Shivendu has an extensive experience in litigation and arbitration and he is empanelled as a panel advocate for Municipal Corporation of Delhi Municipal . Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of panel advocate for DFCCIL in the Delhi High Court. His clients include a variety of organizations from the private sector, government and non-government institutions.

Advocate Nidhi Sharma (AOR SC Of India)

Nidhi Sharma is a partner at Paraa Legal, specializing in Intellectual Property Laws, General corporate & commercial advisory, employment & labour laws and Family Laws.

Nidhi, a law graduate from GGSIPU, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, has over 10 (ten) years of experience in the legal field and has worked with various renowned names in the legal sector. She is also an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court. Her broad spectrum of experience includes practice in various Courts, tribunals, commissions, judicial and quasi-judicial authorities across the country. She is also a panel counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Nidhi has an academic bent of mind and is currently pursuing her Ph.D in the field of Intellectual Property laws.

Advocate Disha Singh (AOR SC Of India)

Ms. Disha Singh is a partner at Paraa Legal and  is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and masters from Queen Mary ,University of London.

 She is also an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court. The areas of her expertise include arbitrations, civil – commercial, property law and writ litigation and advisory. She represents clients and appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and District Courts.

 Over the course of 10 years of practice, she has handled and argued litigation and arbitration cases as well as arbitration related court proceedings. She is also a panel counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Punjab School Education board  and the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. 

Since 2014, Ms. Singh is actively practicing Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), with a focus on domestic arbitrations and Mediation. Ms. Singh possesses a comprehensive understanding of Supreme Court procedure, equitable legal strategy and punctual response time.
